I made this last night for dinner....OMG it was so good...plus it made enough for 4 meals.....yummmmmmmmmmmmm

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Quinoa (cooked)
- 6 oz Salmon Fillets
- 1/2 cup Onions
- 3/4 cup Bell Pepper, Red
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper
- 1 tbsp Pure Olive Oil
- 3 yields Lime Juice Raw
- 1 Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Chicken Bullion
- 9 Large Shrimp, Raw
Directions
Sauté veggies in olive oil, add a little water place salmon and stew for about 10 minutes. Add shrimp and stew. Right before serving mix with cooked quinoa.
